Sackatoga Stable #5 LLC has been formed following the purchase of three horses at the Fasig-Tipton Saratoga New York-Bred Preferred Yearling Sales on August 15-16, 2009. A filly by Flower Alley (son of Distorted Humor who sired Funny Cide) named English Ivy ; a filly by Proud Accolade named Proud Dame; and a colt by Stephen Got Even ( a son of A.P. Indy) named Stephen´s Revenge were purchased. All three are New York breds, with the Proud Accolade filly eligible for the lucrative Florida Stallion Series.

Forty-two shares of #5 LLC will be made available at $10,000 with each share representing 2.262 percent of LLC ownership. The share payment of $10,000 includes costs of the horse purchases; liability and mortality insurance for one year; all training and related expenses through September 30, 2010; the Sackatoga Stable website; and administrative and management activities. Five percent of LLC is maintained by the management entity, Sackatoga Stable LLC.
